SyNA – Systemisches Institut für Neue Autorität (English: Systemic Institute for New Authority) was founded by Bruno Körner and Martin Lemme in August 2012.

Bruno and Martin attended Haim Omer’s first seminars in Osnabrück and have both been cooperating with him regularly ever since 2002. One of the first conferences with Haim Omer in Germany was organized by Bruno Körner as early as April 2002.
In 2004, Martin Lemme was mainly responsible for further developing the concept in an educational context, which lead to an active contribution to the third Osnabrück conference “Non-violent authority in school”.

In consultation with Arist von Schlippe and Michael Grabbe, whom they have been cooperating with closely for a long period of time, Bruno Körner and Martin Lemme evolved the curriculum “Systemic coaching of parents” at IF Weinheim in 2006. They have been responsible for this curriculum as long as 2012.
SyNA has been offering its own open curriculum for “Systemic Coaches for New Authority” with a corresponding certification since 2012.

Bruno Körner, Martin Lemme and their team participate in numerous inhouse events. Most of the processes at the respective institutions, primarily youth welfare institutions, institutes of clinical child and youth psychiatry as well as day care centers and schools, run over a longer period of time. Lectures and workshops complement the broad range of offerings. So far, the two conferences with Haim Omer and colleagues at the Suitbertus-Gymnasium in Düsseldorf in March 2013 and at the University of Applied Sciences in Würzburg-Schweinfurt in December 2015 have been the highlights of SyNA. Moreover, several scientific publications have been published in the last few years.

SyNA is a part of the NeNA (Network for New Authority) network – in cooperation with colleagues and friends from Switzerland, Austria and southern Germany.
