Hello,

with our organisation (mpc SintFranciscus, Belgium) we would like to have a closed forum on your website.
I askes this and i got a replie from Sigal that this is no problem.
But it takes a long time i hear something about it. Last time, my email was in his spam-box. He didn't reacted on my latest email. So by this way i hope to get in contact with Sigal.
Can you pleaase let me know what i have to do for the forum??

Dear Elke,
Probably there was some misunderstanding and I'm sorry for that. In order to open a forum just send the name of the forum and who will be the forum counselor. The forum counselor must be a registered member in the site. It should take us 5 min. to open a forum and you will get a 'forum counselor help document' and that's it.
Another option more simple – write it here and I'll do it in 10 min. :-)
You can see your new forum in 'Communities' under Belgium (attached also a link). I also defined you as a forum counselor and will send the help doc to your e-mail.
